Back for a fifth year, TelecomTV’s Cloud Native Telco Summit examines how communications service providers are adopting new methodologies, practices and tools to underpin their increasingly cloud-oriented strategies. This year’s summit emphasises the difference between “cloud” and “cloud native”, with cloud native being a way of working that utilises technologies and processes optimised for agile, scalable cloud-based deployments, the impact of which extends throughout the telco organisation.

The summit will highlight the reasons for cloud native and the resulting benefits to a telco, using the experiences of early adopters. For those telcos already committed to cloud native, the summit will also focus on application development, looking at all aspects of an application’s lifecycle, the use of CI/CD pipelines and the role of DevOps and platform engineering.
